| How To Use | How to apply: Step 1: brown freeze Working off the back of the cap, swirl Brow Freeze into the spoolie brush and remove excess before applying. On clean brows, brush a small amount of Brow Freeze through the brow using the spoolie brush to tame hairs into place. To lay brow hairs down flat, apply gentle pressing motions using the metal ferule (on the angled brush side) of Brush 7B. Keep Brow Freeze tightly sealed when not in use.
